My work is weaving together photography, writing, mindful awareness, and energy work, to support presence, awakening, and well-being. A former kindergarten teacher, I have a background in early childhood education focused on social-emotional learning and have developed and delivered mindfulness curriculum for young children. Since the pandemic began, I have maintained an active schedule of teaching mindfulness meditation, nature photography, and other related classes/courses for a number of public libraries. I primarily offer programs for adults but also work with children of all ages. I've had a waxing and waning meditation practice for nearly 30 years and am thrilled to be able to teach and mentor others now.
