I'm a rabbi and have served as an interfaith chaplain for many years. In the chaplain work, I brought mindfulness to health care professinals, and left that job to "re-rool" with more mindfulness teaching skills with MMTCP, while also training as a positive psychology coach. I'm excited to do more teaching, facilitation, as well as one on one work in support of wholebeing wellness in various settings.
