As a mindfulness meditation teacher and a ceramic artist, my life flows on the artful path of meditation and the meditativ path of art.
I have more than two decades of meditation practice. I have been participating yearly 10-14 days long silent retreats for more than a decade. I attended Jack Kornfield’s Masterclass in Interactive Guided Meditation and several other courses (e.g. on the field of polyvagal theory, Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté), that supports and deepens my own practice and my teaching skills.
I am happy to assist anyone online or in person, in groups or individually, who wants to step on the path of a mindful life, who wants to become more resilient in a world full of crises, who is struggling with chronic stress, panik, loss, grief and would like to learn tools to handle it kindly, or who just wants to live a more fullfilling life with more fullfilling relationships and is searching for smart tools to foster it.
