I came to mindfulness as a patient in 2018. My Dr referred me to The Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at MA General in Boston. I became an educator for them and teach their PART Program and their Resilient Youth programs. I came to the MMTCP to gain confidence in creating and teaching my own mindfulness lessons. My practice has changed my life (for the better) and I’m grateful to be able to share it with others.
