I have been practicing and studying Insight Meditation since 2010. I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and endorsed by the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
I lead classes, facilitate workshops, and provide individual mentoring.
My goal is to share practical mindfulness techniques to help people find ease and balance, heal deep wounds, break negative patterns, and live a more joyful and connected life.
