With 45 years of meditation practice, I can assure you that I have made every meditation mistake in the book. Initially I could not find a meditation teacher so my overly "helpful" Inner Critic was ruling my meditations for years. Finally, and thankfully, with the help of good teachers I was fortunate enough to see through this all-too-common misunderstanding.
Based on that, I enjoy coaching folks who sometimes feel like they are knocking their heads against a wall in meditation; sometimes a short coaching session can loosen up fixed ideas and be very helpful.
My interest is in coaching beginners or those who feel, "I am doing this all wrong." I am also interested in meditative art forms, such as Zentangle®.
