Bio
I help people lead with intention, wisdom, and heart so they can build momentum for change in their lives,
organizations, and communities. In doing so, I draw on my background in social justice and conservation
work, an education in law and policy, professional training and certification in coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence and mindfulness meditation , a long career as a leader in the nonprofit sector, and from a desire to help build compassionate, healthy and resilient communities. I am also a mother of two little boys who have given me the incentive to live up to the person they believe me to be.
