I am a licensed MFT and maintain a private practice. I also specialize in nonprofit management and have worked as interim executive director for many nonprofits including Spirit Rock. I also work as an executive coach for nonprofit leaders. I look for ways to incorporate mindfulness in all my work. I was teaching courses before COVID and have recently submitted a few proposals to teach again. I have been meditating since the early 1980s and have attended several 10-day courses.
