Meditation found me in 2004, a great gift from my closet friend. I have been practicing in both formal & informal ways since then. It makes me a better human, & if I can be a better human for myself & for others, then isn't that part of the lessons our humanity is meant to convey? Compassion & basic goodness are my foundations as a human & practitioner. I am particularly interested in mindfulness & meditation for those with chronic illnesses & for healthcare practitioners. I also hope to serve other vulnerable populations.
