MCMT with Internal Family Systems
n this month’s sangha, Joanne Hochendoner will review the basics of Internal Family Systems and discuss what a mindful IFS practice is. She will then lead us through an IFS meditation where we get to know one of our parts. We will end with a debrief of our meditation experience.
