I am a cisgendered woman (she/her) and have been married to my husband since 1990. I have two wonderful grown sons and a lovely daughter-in-law.
I am a therapist in private practice, where i specialize in family, couple, and sex therapy. I bring my mindfulness and meditation practice, along with all the teachings, to my clients, in the work i do with them.
I first came to meditation back in the 1990s when I learned TM. Therapy was a second career for me, and through that work, i began to learn about mindfulness and began a more steady practice of meditation. I went on my first silent retreat in 2013.
I love being a part of this community.
