I live in NYC and am the proud Mom of 3 young adults. Having practiced law for over 25 years, I pivoted 8 years ago to become a career development/life coach (www.shiftintofifth.com). I began my own meditation and mindfulness journey in 2010 and am intent on sharing this magnificent practice with others to support/accelerate positive and purposeful change. I love all things sports and am an avid runner (half and full marathons), golfer, hiker, walker, birder, photographer. The arts (particularly theatre, music and visual arts) are essential to my life. Curiosity, Kindness, Compassion, Gratitude, Laughter and Love are the cornerstones of my life. Look forward to learning/growing/connecting with this wonderful network of alumni.
