Bio
I am a traveler, writer, photographer, educator and gardener. I have been practicing mindfulness for 30 years. I have studied with MMTCP, Mindful Schools, Insight LA, and The San Francisco Zen Center at Green Gulch Farm. I have additional study in the neurobiology of trauma, cPTSD, somatics, polyvagal theory and mind/body healing practices.
Some of my best experiences have been together with my children as a volunteer and photographer with the Joyful Mind Project in Northern California, my first Sangha, and the Children and Family Program at the San Francisco Zen Center's Green Gulch Farm.
I am a native Californian living in Waterbury Center, Vermont. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies from The New School.
