Namaste. My name is Dr Tiffany Cone and I'm a Cultural Anthropologist and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. I am originally from New Zealand, but have spent the majority of my career living and working in East Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. My life - both my academic study and my own spiritual practice - has been driven by a deep and abiding interest in diversity of thought and diversity of experience. In my practice I identify most closely with Zen Buddhism, but have also studied Sufism and Daoism in great depth. I am open to offering one-on-one mindfulness meditation sessions or group sessions as per your need.
