I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified Whole Person coach, mindfulness teacher (MMTCP 2023), and trained Internal Family Systems Level 2 practitioner.
Offering care and support to others brings me great joy. It is deeply fulfilling to witness humans walk through challenges, grow, and thrive. It has embedded in me a deep belief in human resilience, connection, and spirit.
