I am a life coach, certified by Martha Beck's ICF-accredited Wayfinder program. I love working with people who are looking for ways to alleviate suffering and deepen joy in their lives. My deepest dharma teachers have been my experiences with 30 years of illness--including CFS, endometriosis, skin and ovarian cancer. I spent the first 35 years of my life in New York's mid-Hudson Valley, and currently live in Louisiana about 40 miles north of New Orleans where I employ mindfulness skills in the making of mixed-media and fiber art.
