I have been meditating on and off for over 25 years and it has so enriched my life that I now want to share what I know through teaching. I am retired from a 30 year career in the environmental field and now do various volunteer activities and hope to teach mindfulness, possibly focusing on LGBTQIA+ youth and adults, or kids. I am still figuring that part out.
