Bio
I am a cisgender woman, massage and craniosacral therapist, yogi, student and practitioner of Ayurveda, life long learner, musician, and lover of the dharma and universe. My interest in the dharma started in 1993 and my consistent, formal practice started in 2015. I use mindfulness in my days as well as in my massage and craniosacral practices. I believe in the combination of mindfulness and somatic bodywork to recognize, allow, and release the patterns of our physiology and behavior that are based on experiences that are no longer present in our lives. This gives our nervous system more space to choose our responses instead of falling into old reaction patterns that may be causing damage to our perception and the actuality of our relationships, our internal landscape and dialogue, and eventually our physical body.
