Bio
Hi, my name is Tal. I am from Israel. Passion for wellbeing has always been a great part of my life, manifesting in different manners. I majored in arts and psychology followed by a master's degree in industrial engineering, a path that led me to become a user experience (UX) designer. Working for the Hi-tech industry was rewarding, yet something was missing for me and I started seeking a deeper truth. I always loved traveling and visiting new places around the world, but my travel to India was like no other. It changed my life. I discovered mindfulness and the depth and powerful potential of meditation practice. This was after trying for years different types of "western" self-work like conventional psychological therapy, theta healing, biofeedback, and more. My motivation behind it was always to improve painful areas in my life. After a few years of developing my own practice and meditation habits, I felt that I wanted to share the gifts of wisdom. Having experience as a mentor (for UX design), I realized I would like to offer teachings and mentoring around mindfulness and meditation. Knowing that it can create dramatic changes in how we experience life and the level of our own wellbeing. This led me to different mindfulness teacher training including the MMTCP teacher training for adults and mindfulness for children certification, by Simi Levi, an Israeli teacher that was a nun for many years in Thailand. The MMTCP training led me to start my own mindfulness meditation groups for women; 1×1 mindfulness and meditation mentoring private sessions. I am currently creating creative wellbeing events and retreats for women which integrate mindfulness principles into daily life activities in a creative and colorful way!
