I work as a psychotherapist and meditation teacher in a psychiatric hospital. I completed my MBSR trainer training in 2018 and am currently completing my MMTCP training. I am married and have 3 children and 2 dogs. I love classical music, very much Johann Sebastian Bach and Ludvig van Beethoven. I am also working on a book about mindfulness and psychiatry. Sometimes I also write poetry. I have also studied photography and have had several exhibitions.
Meditation since my early years as a monk in 1989.
