I live with my partner Nelson in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts. Lived in NYC for many years where I worked as a managemeent consultant to corporations and I specialized in Executive Development. Have traveled extensively for personal and business.
I enjoy learning about other cultures. italy is like a second home to me. I speak Italian and less competently, Spanish. Practicing mindfulness since around 1990 when I discovered Thich Nhat Hanh, who is my root teacher. Benefitted greatly from MMTCP and am devoted to waking up and becoming free.
