Nice to meet you ☺️! I am a (sensation seeking) highly sensitive person with a very deep connection to animals and nature and a knack for nuances. In my mid-20s, I did behavioral therapy and psychoanalysis, both of which were helpful but did not have the same impact as mindfulness meditation -which I practice since 2013. Based in Munich, Germany, I try to combine mindfulness, veganism, building awareness for highly sensitive persons, and my life's private passion - the Alps (which I crossed by foot in 2022).
