Sarah has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2006 and has been working as a Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) since 2007. Her practice is assisting all in uncovering whatever blocks might be hindering deep peace. She believes our true nature is one of Joy and Compassion. She is currently a Masters of Divinity student at Naropa University.
