I'm a clinical social worker, energy medicine practitioner and certified mindfulness meditation teacher inspired by traditional and non-traditional approaches to healing and personal growth.
My background is in integrative psychotherapy, psychosocial oncology and hospice.
My newest personal mission is to learn and integrate mindfulness and non-violent communication (thank you, Oren J. Sofer) into my life and work. I intend be an instrument for "MNVC". I think is much needed medicine for this planet.
