I am a British cellist living in the south of France with my artist husband and my 12 year old son adopted from Africa. I have been working for ten years with string players suffering from stage fright and tension, drawing on breath, mindfulness and yoga based techniques. I coach musicians such as those win the Verbier festival in Switzerland and the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. I am passionate about bringing joy, ease and presence back into the lives of performing musicians.
