I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for about 7 years or so and recently graduated from MMTCP. Additionally, I have explored other forms of meditation. I have a BA in Philosophy and a JD and intend to pursue a Master of Arts in Theology. My interests include mindfulness meditation, of course, as well as philosophy, religious studies, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, climbing, surfing, writing, and nearly all forms of music.
