Rob has been involved in the health and well-being industry for over 17 years and owns his own Well-Being Company, AlchemySD. He is also a CPA at a Top 10 Accounting Firm where he specializes in providing Assurance and Consulting Services within the Technology and Cannabis spaces.
He is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. Rob also teaches Mindfulness Meditation to populations ranging from individuals to large Organizations. Rob supports Companies in developing well-being programming, courses, and innovative initiatives in an effort to optimize the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of their people.
Rob’s life mission is to educate, elevate and liberate the body and mind of the masses via teaching, speaking, and coaching. Through his time and experience as a keynote speaker, instructor, coach, and well-being professional, he has discovered the keys to living a mindful and healthy existence.
