As an artist and advocate for our Earth, my mission is to reconnect humans with nature. I do this through mindfulness in nature retreats, forest therapy walks, and the arts. In order to amplify this work, I co-founded The Forest Therapy School and train people to guide mindful walks in nature aka forest bathing. I am grateful to serve the Earth community and work towards a flourishing future for all beings.
