Bio
I am a neuropsychologist turned mindfulness teacher who specializes in spiritual mentoring and mindful parenting (especially for neurodivergent children). I also provide coaching for women, as well as high performers such as healthcare workers. In addition, I do consultation with businesses on implementing mindfulness and neurodiversity-affirming leadership and practices.
Everything I do comes unapologetically from a place of love (I am a dervish who follows the Sufi path of "radical love" -- you will see Rumi's quotes in all of my teachings!). I truly believe that it is not what we teach to others, it's our authentic transmission while we're doing so. Anyone can learn mindfulness through online videos and books, but that beautiful loving compassionate energy in which we hold space for others is our offering.
My motto for living is, of course, a quote by Rumi: "Love said to me, there is nothing that is not me. Be silent."
