From my professional background, I spent 15 years in the corporate world, in the field of Human Resources. My passion ever since has been accompanying humans to become conscious of their underlying needs, their patterns and beliefs, supporting them in gaining trust in themselves and the courage to change or step out of dissatisfying, unhealthy environments, following their own journey.
Since 2016 I am self-employed as trainer and coach with the main areas of stress management, the connection of bringing mindfulness and self compassion into companies and working with individuals on their specific challenges. I attended myself the MBSR and MSC courses, am a trained MSC Teacher and Certified Coach (ICF and DBVC).
My home is in Berlin and Mallorca, where I live together with my husband. I love nature and especially the mountains where I find outer and inner silence and deep trust as well as the connection between all.
