I am originally from Ireland and moved to New York at the age of 20. I Live in NYC in the downtown FiDi area.
I am a certified Vibroacoustic therapy Practitioner and beginning my journey as a mindfulness teacher. I am using my mindfulness practice and vibroacoustic therapy as one to help people reach a deep meditative state.
