I am a certified mindfulness instructor from Jack and Tara's first Cohort through Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center. I currently teach in a Sangha in Laguna Beach, CA. I have practiced as a licensed clinical psychologist for over 25 years with individuals, couples and legacy family organizations. I enjoy teaching Beginning Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, Mindful Leadership; and a deepening understanding of the Dharma.
