My Daily Spiritual Practice Vow, the path The Bodhisattva of Great Compassion leads me Aspiration to be of service in this world in the field of trauma relief work. Completed Training Social Engaged Buddhism at Upaya Zen Centre. Love for Nature, Animal and Travel. Socially engaged with multi-cultures and have lived and worked on 4 different continents, my home is where my heart is! I love people&nature, enjoy good sense of humour. I speak with my Teddy Bear when I am sad and feeling lonely. When I feel angry I can roar like a lion. Grateful for my daily blessings. Interests Buddhism, Zen, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Art, Poetry, Cooking, Gardening, Tennis, Emotional Body Work. My needs are good daily structure. My colourful and holistic healing inner work back ground journey, mixed together taken from eastern and western psychology approaches, together with my buddhist meditation and mindfulness practices, also including various emotional body and energy work, I feel I am ready now in my body to take on the step teaching as a MMTCP , future is open, grateful to be here and meet you all at Alumni Association, continue to train/learn together and be part of the sacred world mindfulness movement across the planet with you all.
