Bio
I am honored and humbled to have participated in the two year Mindful Meditation Teacher Certification Program. The teachings, readings, and my mentor group were an absolute blessing. I have learned so much and look forward to continue my learning through my teaching and practice. I have a background in education, psychology and art, having received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.F.A. from the University of Michigan, and a Masters in Education from Harvard University. I have worked with children inside and outside the traditional classroom, specifically focusing on language based learning differences and neurodivergent students. My passion is to teach mindfulness tools to children and adults and weave these skills into educational settings.
