I am a swedish/greek man living in Sweden.
I work as a musician/composer and as an arranger for courses and retreats in mindfulness and meditation.
I have been in the twelve-step community for over twenty years, mainly in ACA (Adult Children Anon.) , and I work actively as a sponsor.
A main focus has been to do work with the ”inner family”, how to be one’s own ”inner loving parent” to that family (inner child, teenager, critic/false self).
A main tool for this work is mindful-ness and meditation, to be able to create the right circumstances to connect and listen to different parts within.
