I am a space holder.
I am passionate about creating spaces for beings to BE, to thirve, to heal.
I trained as a meditation teacher 5 years ago after a long career in the fashion industry: as I had a deep calling to slow down and feel.
I am an Upledger trained craniosacral practioner/student who will hopefully become certified this year as a therapist. It is such a beautifully profound and powerful light touch modality.
I graduated the MMTCP programme in 2023 and weave the knowledge into my work as a teacher and body worker.
