Bio
I specialize in serving adoptees (and also adoptive parents and birth parents) seeking connection, belonging, and wholeness, as well as a diverse range of other clients. In addition to programs, individual coaching, classes, and retreats (often with a focus on connecting with nature), I offer healing circles as well as mindfulness and compassion classes specifically tailored to adoptees. As an adoptee, it is my life's purpose to support adoptees (and others in the adoption constellation) in their healing, growth, and transformation.
I am also a leadership development consultant, executive coach, and strategic facilitator who works with organizational leaders, primarily in the areas of emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, team formation and building, and leadership vision, values, and purpose.
I have a PhD in clinical and research psychology, specializing in stress, trauma, neuroscience, and resilience. After that, I was a senior executive in global brand strategy (based the US and Hong Kong). I designed and facilitated events, programs, and workshops in over 20 cities across four continents. These experiences help me bring a real-world appreciation of the challenges people experience and the opportunities available to them.
I live in Boulder, CO and would rather be on a hiking trail than anywhere else - and prefer to bring people outside, both for the life force recharge it so readily offers and for the profound insights that come from being in connection with the natural world. Last, but not least, I studied and performed improv at The Second City and strive to bring that 'yes, and' motto to everything I do.
I'd welcome your reaching out to connect!
