Hi, I am Marina. As an Austrian native, I spent the first 27 years of my life close to the town where I grew up before I moved to Boulder, Colorado. After studying Physical therapy in AUT, I proceeded to work as a PT and Craniosacral Therapist. I took numerous advanced training courses, and after moving to CO started teaching Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal). During the first week of the MMTCP Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, my daughter Lani was born. She is my big, little love. My biggest blessing. She helps me see the world with new eyes. We share a love for the outdoors, books, dance, and music, and once in a while, she joins me for some Yoga poses or moments on the cushion. She reminds me that life happens in the now. And that love is the thread that connects us all. The teachings and practices come alive in the small and big moments with my little family. I feel so very grateful to be on this path and to be able to share all the teachings that have supported me.
