Hi dear fellow meditation teachers, my name is Louise. I live in the Netherlands, am single, have two children in their twenties who live and work in Amsterdam.
I am co-founder of a small consulting and coaching firm called Stach invigorates leaders and teams. And that's what we do. We offer leadership programs, individual coaching, team coaching and training programs for leaders to enhance their leadership and coaching skills. We have (some very) long term relationships with our clients in areas like academic education (universities), court / judges, hospitals, IT companies, waste management, telecom.
We aim to serve individual clients and organizations to create safe spaces where people can flourish and collaborate in an authentic and loving way.
In Spring 2025 we will publish a book on organizational culture
I've been going through the motions and have had a difficult time in my private life with many losses, endings and new beginnings. Meditation and mindfulness have supported me throughout my journey and have kept me grounded. To find refuge within and to spread love and connection from that inner place of freedom is a treasure that I love to bring to others.
