I am 50 years old, married and mother of two daughters. I am the daughter of immigrants from Europe living in the land of Quilmes natives.
Master in Cognitive Psychological Clinic (UB - University of Belgrano), I am committed to the development of mindfulness and psychotherapy,
I started with personal practice and from there I integrated it into my professional practice, first in my person as a therapist and then supporting others in their healing and personal growth.
I have received training specializing in the integration of Mindfulness and Psychotherapy in programs like MBSR and MBCT. I also guide mindfulness courses for people with chronic physical illnesses and anxiety patients.
I teach in various graduate and postgraduate training courses in psychotherapy and mindfulness at different national universities.
For 12 years I have been committed to the practice integrating it into my daily life
continually training and participating in sanghas and Meditation Retreats.
