I am a mindfulness meditation teacher and a nature documentary filmmaker and writer. A deep love of all life is the foundation for everything I do. Nature is always in the present moment--a bird singing, the wind in the spruce tops, water trickling over stones--and so, awareness in nature brings us into the present more easily. The natural world is teacher and healer and a reminder that we humans are part of nature too.
