I am a former Montessori directress. My mindfulness and meditation practices helped me a great deal in the classroom and with parents. I left teaching to pursue mindfulness based coaching and meditation, as I felt that my impact was greater in these areas. I am the mother to four adult daughters. I am a caregiver, by nature. I am most fulfilled when I am wearing a teaching or learning hat. Sometimes, both at the same time!
