Hello MMTCP friends! I am so honored to be in this shared space with you all.
In addition to being a mindfulness and meditation teacher, I am a Somatic Release practitioner, a Holographic Sound practitioner, and a Parts Work facilitator. I love helping others gain more access to their body, mind, and spirit by combining these modalities.
I am married to a loving partner, and we have three young boys. We sold our home in Texas and are currently traveling around the world to find our next home.
