I teach weekly groups and I offer regular workshops on mindfulness and compassion. I live in the UK with my partner and daughter. We are setting up a community farm, and I offer mindful in nature sessions there. I would like to progress with mentoring groups having completed the Mindfulness Mentoring Training this year. I so enjoy connecting with people in groups such as these so as to feel part of something very special.
