I've been practicing mindfulness for over eight years and it's been transformational both in how I experience myself and the world and in how I show up for others. I work in IT for a nonprofit in the Pacific NW, where we work with people living in poverty toward goals related to housing, mental health, education, and employment. My practice aids my ability to operate more effectively in this challenging work. I also love sharing mindfulness with others, teaching and guiding meditation.
