I am an LCSW, mental health psycho-social support specialist, with over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of settings. I served throughout Asia and Africa for 10 years as a mental health specialist for Doctors without Borders. I am currently expanding my private practice to include harm reduction and integration therapy related to psychedelics and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, have been in recovery from drugs and alcohol for 30+ years, am a certified meditation teacher and am an experienced psychonaut.
I strongly believe and act accordingly with Richard Leider’s statement: “The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose.”
I love being outdoors with trees and the ocean. I feel we are all interconnected and that compassion and empathy are essential for all living beings.
