I teach mindfulness and coach. I didn’t become a mindfulness teacher because I am healed. I came to deepen the healing. From early experiences to the challenges of working in organizations, to a 36-year marriage, I find that my own journey can potentially help someone else. I have found healing in drumming, nature, psychotherapy, twelve steps, men’s work, and meditation. 25 years ago I started a vipassana practice. As a white male, I continue to unpack privilege.
