My name is Jennifer Sigrest (she/her) and I live in the central region of Mississippi. I work as a professional counselor in my private practice, Lotus Place Counseling. I specialize in working with adults dealing with issues of anxiety and traumatic stress. I offer mindfulness meditation trainings and practice opportunities for clients and for other practitioners in the helping professions, as well as for communities that are traditionally not as familiar with these teachings. As a Mississippi Master Naturalist, I'm interested in bringing compassionate awareness to nature for the benefit of the Earth.
