Through consulting and facilitating learning experiences, I support organizations who envision a more compassionate and just world develop the leadership capacity and organizational systems to close the gap between today's reality and their dream of what is possible. In addition to my background in organizations, I am a certified Mindfulness teacher and a certified Forest Therapy Guide and lead Forest Bathing experiences in the St. Louis area through my organization Nature Wise.
