I reside on the lands of of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, commonly known as Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada.
Lover of life. Lifer of love. I come from a diverse background of experience having worked in a variety of fields from hospitality and tourism to construction, transportation and photography. I also invested a good portion of my adult life to raising a child and while that presented the greatest challenge, it equally provided the greatest reward.
I was introduced to meditation in the mid 1980's and dabbled here and there for decades before establishing a solid, daily practice in 2017. I love what mindfulness has opened me to, and I love the journey, the discoveries, the challenges & rewards and perhaps most of all, the connections with other beings.
